† Enrollment will open to the community in general on March 1.

† Acceptance to Saint Mary's School is based upon space availability and contingent upon a review of the student's readiness and academic records.
† Registration forms and fees are not accepted unless an opening exists in the appropriate grade. Students are added to a waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis according to the criteria listed above.

Financial Aid :
Financial aid is ordinarily available to Saint Mary’s parishioners who need financial assistance to continue attending Saint Mary’s Catholic School. Continuing students are given preference as available financial aid is allocated for the year.
Applications for financial aid are available from the office or may be completed on-line. Saint Mary’s utilizes the FACTS financial aid analysis service to assist in the fair distribution of financial aid based on need. Applications are due April 15 for the following school year. To apply for financial aid, please apply on-line at the following link:
www.factstuitionaid.com
A financial aid committee is appointed by the principal to review the information provided by the FACTS service and allocate available financial aid to families who have made application. Notification of financial assistance for the following school year is made by the final day of school. This allows Saint Mary’s to announce needs-based scholarships at the awards assembly following the final School Mass.
Deviations from the financial aid procedure are made by the principal in consultation with the Pastor. If circumstances arise requiring special consideration, please contact the principal as early as possible.
Contract:
Contracts regulating school attendance are required by the Diocese of Richmond. A copy of the contract utilized by Saint Mary's School is available at the following link: School Contract
