February 24, 2012, 5:30 – 7:00 PM Join
our Fifth Grade teachers as we serve a delicious Fish Fry for the First
Friday in Lent. This year, we have new
menu items including a baked salmon and a children friendly fish-in-a-bun. The proceeds of the fish fry go directly to
professional staff development! At
only $7.00 a meal, this is the best take-out or eat-in value! |

Diamonds, Denim & Dice This year’s PTO adult social to benefit the PTO will be a bit
different than in the past. Along with
the great food, the exciting live auction, the enticing silent auction and
other fun stuff (remember blinky rings?), we will
also have casino gaming and live entertainment [Steve Bassett]. The event will be a “diamonds and denim”
event, meaning it can be less formal if you so desire. We already have so much in generous

been CANCELED PTO Spirit Night Sunday February 19 at 6 PM at Spirited Art in Short Pump! $5 for every person attending this

Baseball: Any 7th or 8th grade boys interested in taking part in the Middies baseball program please contact Coach Smith
at magnoliaconstruction@comcast.net . Once again we will be fielding a 7th grade
and an 8th grade team. Practice will begin in early February and games will
be played from mid-March through mid-May. In your response please include
players’ name, grade, experience, contact phone numbers and email addresses
used for communication. Space is limited so please reply soon. |

Urgent Notice Text Service Saint Mary’s now has an urgent notice text
service that will allow you to receive text notifications from the
school. You must “opt in” to the
service, and can “opt-out” at any time.
To begin receiving notices, you must complete a two step process. First, you must test the message STMARY to
82672. When you receive a reply, you
must respond with YES. The system will be used rarely, so don’t
expect a lot of messages. |
